Last updated: April 2026

ARYX Elevate respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how we handle copyright claims, both for our own content and for content hosted on this site.

Our Content

All original articles, written content, and design elements published on ARYX Elevate are owned by ARYX Co. Unauthorized copying, republishing, or distributing our content without permission is prohibited.

If you find ARYX Elevate content being used without permission on another website, please notify us through the contact page. Include the URL of the original article and the URL where the unauthorized copy appears. We will review it and take appropriate action.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on ARYX Elevate infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

  • Your full name and contact information, including a working email address
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL on ARYX Elevate where the allegedly infringing content appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send your DMCA notice through our contact page. Select Business or Collaboration as the subject and clearly write DMCA Takedown Notice at the start of your message.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the notice to confirm it meets the requirements above
  • Remove or disable access to the content in question if the claim appears valid
  • Notify the person who posted the content that it has been removed

Incomplete or invalid notices may not be acted upon. We are not obligated to respond to notices that lack required information.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court in your district
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notices through the contact page, labeled as DMCA Counter-Notice. If the counter-notice is valid, we may restore the content after the required waiting period, unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

ARYX Elevate will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright under appropriate circumstances, in accordance with DMCA requirements.

Good Faith Notices Only

Filing a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Only submit a notice if you have a genuine, good faith belief that your copyright is being infringed.

All DMCA-related communications should be sent through the contact page. Please label your message clearly so it reaches the right person quickly.
